Delivery policy

The product is delivered electronically, no physical delivery is involved. Once the payment is cleared, you will automatically receive a confirmation email along with the invoice. Within 24 hours you will receive your product key and download instructions in your registered email. In case of purchase of update subscription and clients you will continue to use the same key. The appropriate changes will be made and reflected in your AXBO installation within 24 hours, detailed instructions will be emailed to you. In case of purchase of AXBO upgrades, you need to surrender your old key. Once you surrender the old key you will receive the new key via email. We suggest you save the invoice and the product key you received in your mail box.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of orders may be considered only in case of purchases made by the customers by mistake. However, the Company may at its sole discretion consider the cancellation in other cases and may refund in part or full.

Refund policy

Products / Services once ordered cannot be cancelled. Products / Services once sold shall not be accepted back by the Company. However, the Company may at its sole discretion consider accepting return of a product / service and grant part or full refund in such circumstances.

Privacy policy

Protecting your privacy is very important to us. As part of the normal operation of our services, your basic information (name, address, e-mail and phone numbers) is collected by us for our internal record purposes. We do use your contact information to send you products / services based on your orders and interests and we also use your name and address for raising bills and invoices.
